im stacking both of these 1 of each around 8a.m. and 1 of each around 5 p.m.

For those of you who have taken these or similiar PH's did you split the dose like this or should i just be taking all of them at once.

i split them. it is not a refined pharmaceutical that has an established half life.

something in the tren 250 gives me a little insomnia, so i don't take that in the evening.
