:confused:i've gotta problem...

last night when i was getting dressed for the gym, i noticed that my ankles are swelled up. Not alot but enough that you can tell.

I have no idea what caused this. I have gained a good amount of weight in the last 2 months or so.
I dont know if that could cause it or not.

I'm just finishing off my dbol run at 50mg for 4 weaks. I've been running test for a good 5 months. I did just recently up my dose of test to 800mg a weak from around 600-700mg a weak...

I was running tren ace at 350mg a weak along with the test. I stopped running that last weak.
I've also been on bold at 600mg a weak for like 4 months.

And I was taking slin this last month after workouts and sometimes in the morning with breakfast.

I'm clueless at why this happened or what caused it.

Any Help will be Greatly Appriciated...;)...

SOunds like your holding water. You running an AI? Cardio getting more difficult/Short of Breath? If thats what it is, you could drop some Lasix (one time dose, otherwise ya gotta worry bout your K+) up to 80mgs.

yes, i've definetly had a rise in BP...Ever since i started running the dbol...

I'm hoping that since i've stopped running the dbol, i'll lose some water weight. Hopefully the ankles will be the 1st part of the body to lose the water...

What is Lasix? a Diuretic...

I'm really hoping that this goes away on its own...ASAP too...

it really sucks how doing just everyday things around the house will make me short of breath.
i even get bad shin splints(pumps) from just walking my son around the block...
Cardio, ""forget about it""...

1 thing that i know is that Gauls IM dbol is G2G....:)

I know that when I was short of breath all the time just going up stairs etc, it was heart trouble while being on AAS. Youve been on more than 5 months straight and Id worry about things. What is your resting heart rate when you are sitting down? Me and at least one other guy on here develped cardiomyopathy while on AAS.

Also, retaining water can be a sign of heart trouble too. It CAN be, but not always of course.

shortness of breath and puffy ankles are symptoms of congestive heart failure. it could just be from your cycle but schedule a physical with your doc to be on the safe side.

thanks Maldorf, yeah it might be time to give it a rest for a bit...

Hopefully it does NOT have anything to do with my heart. My last blood work was mid cycle about 2 months ago and Doc said that all looks good. He knows that i use AAS too.

I hope its not anything like that...

I will schedule an appointment. My last blood work was about 2 months ago. All was good.

Thanks...

If you have not already, take your pulse right now sitting and resting at the computer. What is it now!?

I see bloodwork come back on plenty of people with cardiac diagnosis like congestive heart failure and the blood work is normal. The labs are probably just your basic CBC and CMP.

Swelling in the ankles indicates something is going on with circulation possibly or at the very least, it is side effects of whatever you are taking.

I would watch it bro. Health and safety should come first!

Yep. the only way to know most times is to have an echocardiogram.

will do, thanks guys...:(

I have same problem and also just finishing up my d bol and on test E.I dont have shortness of breath.Gonna wait and see if after giving d bol a rest it will calm down.Good Luck and keep us posted and i will do the same.Wonder if we used same dvds.PM me if you want to know that.

considering what you listed taking, and considering what just about everyone is up to on this site, it's probably the gear.

you are taking drugs that make you hold water. just cut back and watch what you eat and it will most likely go away.

the bad thing about the swelling ankles is it could be any number of things. Something as simple as high estrogen, varicose veins...or something as serious as CHF. Are you running an AI? Blood work wouldn't show anything as far as CHF unless they ran an BNP...which your doc probably didn't. You can order bloodwork online at from direct labs, I would check estradiol and estrone, juding by what you are on, and work from there

Good Answer but specifically a symptom of Pulmonary Hypertension.
Try taking a Viagra or cialis once to three times a day. I had those same symptoms: Elevated BP, left ankle/foot swelling and when I started taking a viagra a day, the selling has not returned and the BP went down closer to normal ranges.

probably is the same stuff. Mine have recently been going down. I've been off the IM dbol for a few days now.

Do you still take 1 day?
