There's 100 capsules in a bottle.

This is the way to look at it:

Two slices of dry toast are ok for a carb meal. But if you want some taste, you add butter and jam. The SyntheBLOCKplus (2 caps) will allow you to do that, but not let the butter and jam affect you negatively. That's what it helps for - your small indiscretions. If you have a big mac, you probably need the whole bottle though.
