I am 220lbs. Could I split the Synthelator bottle in two doses, one for the prejudging and one for the night show? I am aware that it is not indicated to use it twice a day, but on the other hand I need vascularity for both stage times. Thanks for the answers.

You need to take the correct dosage all at once. That is the whole 10ml vial.
The vascularity will last all day.

5ml in each glute. It's water based, so you won't feel it.
