Synthergine and Chemo

Hello - someone very close to me has Stage III Lung Cancer and is having a tough time with the sides from chemo (nausea, fatigue, no appetite). We have tried Milk Thistle but with little effect. Taking a lot of supplements is a tough thing right now so trying to use the most effective things possible. I ordered some Synthergine. I read an old post from Big A using with someone taking chemo, if he wants to chime in or if anyone else has any experience I would greatly appreciate it. Would I still dose 1ml for 55lbs in this situation? Thanks much.
