Syntherol and synthetine

Guy I have 2 brand new bottle of syntherol and synthetine but date on bottom say December 2019 is it bad or can I still use it.

It was stored in dark room temperature. Kitchen cabinet

Good for use...As long as their still capped they're good to go.

I have used syntherol that was about 2 years expired and it was fine. As long as they are sealed they should be fine.

Oh thank you mate.yea it's sealed never opened it. I'm going to have to read up on how to use it. I have a trip in 6 weeks to Vegas lol hopefully the synthetine will shred my abs more alone with the eq
