I've use syntherol for my abs. I used an insulin pin and it wasn't something I regret doing it . I was ripped back than and it made a huge difference.

You are misreading. I am not saying it will improve defintion of th emuscle by making it lean. I am saying, that when injecting Syntherol in any muscle, it will give that muscle more definition/striations.

Of course waist size will increase - the muscles are bigger. It's for people that have flat abs that would benefit.

in 7 days, should i shoot each AB once or twice ? my abs are defined, but really small - therefore i dont think il need too much oil per muscle, any suggestions ?

I will give you guys maybe 2 rounds of injections before you quit TOPS! Just train your abs DAMNIT n stop being lazy lol. Start with 1/2ml each ab every day.

I used it in my abs...I used with 25g 5/8 pinz and did 1/2 ml per ab 2x a week. Week two I did 1ml per ab 2x a week. For the third and last week I did 1ml per ab again becuase I feel thats all I could handly pain wise. I stoped after htree weeks becuase my abs were where i want them to be.I did my shots right before my ab workouts and tryed to massage my abs as much as possible...I'm at 8% BF know and really like the look of big abs...
