I no most everyone here is following BIG a potocol on biceps. Which i no it by heart so dont just link me to it. My question is i have read that some people just do it in the peak of the Bicep's. Does anyone have good info on that. I have been reading as much as i can. I would love to add more peak at this time no looking for overall mass on the bicep yet. That will be at a later date. Read that some people do anywhere from 2-5ml three times a week working up to the higher volume of course. Any in site would be great
