How did I miss this log. You were gaining so well so it's a shame you didn't carry on the large amounts for longer. Trust me though I understand the pain involved. Syntherol has definitely improved the shape of your calves. That's the thing many guys think it just adds to size and disappears but it's far from that. After my first run I didn't touch them for months the size went down but they looked better than before. Now I have restarted and I am going for 20 inch calves this year.
You have made significant changes so well done. Now you have got super lean you can see the overall improvements even more. That is a big change in your calves and they look great.
The likes of bi-ceps are literally multiple times easier to do than calves so if you ever do arms it won't be anywhere near as bad as calves. But definitely do calves again and hopefully this time you can get them to about 17 inches but in top condition too.
I admit I bitched out horribly. I was getting lots of questions from clients on why the hell I couldn't walk or squat(it impaired my leg work enough I hardly could train them due to tightness on the back of the knee.
I'll be hitting them again post contest while im lean so it's a bit easier to discern the difference.
That is some definite progress!!! Are you going to try and start it back up? Maybe this time it wont be as bad. I know Big A stated in the article he did after awhile you start to get used to it. Either way, kick ass progress 02z06!!
