syntherol/pump nprose on butt 2 enhance?

does anybody kno if u can inject synthol into ur buttocks for extra muscle. somebody tol me that some dancers use it n it wrks within bout 2/3wks whilst u wrkout 2. I have jus recently lost alot of weight and which has gone from my butt..will synthol/pump n prose help buil the muscle bk up makin it look rounder n perky??

Syntherol is an advanced tool that should be used when you are stuck - as in when you are not making anymore results from your normal training. Glutes are way too easy to develop on their own, besides the glutes are such a huge muscle group, you will need a huge amount of Syntherol which will cost a fortune and I can't imagine sitting down being too pleasnat while you do it.

So, I'll just say again - rock bottom squats, wide stance. Watch those buns bounce, get nice, round, perky, perfect to grab... ;) :jumpi;g-s :acti:n-sm
 
Synthol into glutes

I would also like to know about injecting synthol into the glutes for a rounder glute muscle. I am a woman with no butt what so ever, not even enough to develop with exercise. Has anyone ever tried this? And if so how do you go about doing it safely. This is something that I am seriously contemplating. Any suggestions please.
 
Like Big A said...Wide stance Deep squats will make your butt BIG. I used to squat with a wide stance back in my powerlifting days and I had a bonafide ghetto booty. My squats were strong sadly all that grew was my butt.

Skip the synthol... squats and lunges are all you need. Do your squats as close to the ground as you can get. If you don't hit the floor.... it's ok.

Sorry girls... hate to be the bear of bad news, but... for the perky part... unfortunately it's all about diet.

Do your squats in the doorway at e if you are not in a gym. Like others have said, go all the way to rock bottom and then squeeze your butt as you come up. Wide stance toes pointed outward. You can also do wall squats with a ball in your back! These will hit the butt pretty hard. yes lunges are another great exercise for the butt!!
 
well, I'm not sure exactly if perky = firm/hard...but if so, this has been very effective for me as well as others I have advised...and you can do it at home or in the office (if no one is looking :D )

bend forward at the waist, hold onto the back of a chair or table/counter top, balance on one leg while lifting the other behind you, focus on squeezing the glute and extending through the heel. you will also feel it working the balancing leg. i would do anywhere from 10-25 reps per leg before switching. for me, the difference is noticeable within a few days.

oh, make sure you've got plenty of room behind you too
 
forward leaning lunges are awesome for the glutes. walking lunges....then lean way forward, stay forward and stand up out of the lunge. all glutes. 3 sets of 25-20 steps. it looks like you are doing lunges wrong so people may try to correct your form....just letem know its a glute lunge.

I have found that when doing walking lunges, keep your back arched and lean back, push from your heel, as you step to engage the hams and glutes. If you lean too far forward it will be all quads....try it.

This is very true.. don't do the synthol in the glutes... it typicaly ends up looking ridiculous. You will have the butt you were given, if you hit those glute routines, then you can build some muscle but in the end...your genetic limits will dictated what the shape and size will be for the most part. Just focus on building and lose the fat. If the fat is gone then you will see what you really have.
