I am being honest here because I have no interest. I haven' trained steady since the end of May. At that time I followed BigA's guide to make my biceps have a bigger belly. After all of that time off, because I broke my wrist as some of your probably remember, I started training again. I can already see a difference in my bicep's curve just after 2 weeks of training compared to what they were before Sytherol and I'm not using it right now. I'm just recuperating. It does really work and is permanent if you follow the guide.
