Synthetine

Just got my Synthetine, want to start tomorrow, now I read on another thread that you actually need to have slin for this to really work, and also this simple carb protocol that you have to follow, Question is , Would this be effective by itself as a fat burner without slin, and without following the carb protocol? I also have the Syntheselen, so I am gonna use both, any info would be appreciated, God bless you all. The Minister.

Yeap, I was banned for a few days, have no idea why, never gave me a reason. I guess I would have to go back and remember my posts, oh well, anyway a lot good info in that article, the only thing they don't specify if you have to ingest your carb drinks before taking the synthetine or after, Would anybody out there have that info?
