Hey T - you look incredible for this far out. Can you elaborate what you are taking for carbs besides fruits and veggies - I assume it's "good" complex carbs? (I see you include gear/juice as a carb, LOL - j/k).

I was able to make this 1+mb file into a 34kb file and posted it here. I can remove it if you want me to.

well my diet is no veggies or very little !! mostly friut juice rice bread ,pasta,and yes freedom fries !!
but the reason was now when i change to more protien less carbs same fat my body should respond nice i kinda feel cycling carbs like this is good break and my body improved .now with diet i will get ready for show i will do ZERO cardio thats for sure it ruins my symentry when my legs get a bit smaller i really have a supercharged metablism

the link has some back shots and thats where i carry most my water and fat but in pictures the baggie underoo's dont make you see the taper a little better and my posing coach saw the lat spread and bitched me out he said i have about 4-6 inches of lat spread i was not shoeing ..i was not showing because of my bad form but my back needs to be leaner this year too

I just did the math, using 600g carbs = 5,000 CALORIES! :eek:

exactly but and really i like 5500

thats corect pal and when i drink lots of juice (always have or kolaid with sugar !! ) its goes up quick but i would say your 5000 cal.is about average now i will say this that i did not say before there will be days maybe 5 dayz amonth where i might only eat 2500 calories ,just some dayz busy or no appitite so that does happen im sure with others too
no i have not got the exact numbers worked but soon i will be
400 pro
400 carbs
100fat so my calories will drop to some where in 4000 range that sould peel the last fat off in about 10 -12 weeks and of course if not i will minipulate but not with cardio (that would be last resort for me
