The way I see it, if the woman is not going to compete then she really does not need to go to these extremes which have consequences. She can lose all the weight/fat she needs by being patient and consistant in training and nutrition. SOme of the things we (both males and females) choose to use for contest prep have long term effects on the body. As I say to some, "Once you cross that line your life will never be the same again". Unless you are prepared to accept the consequences of your actions then do not use drugs to achieve what can be done without them.
Clen and t-3 both have some serious long term sides if not used correctly, abused or used for too long. A womans' system is not like a mans with regard to hormone balance and metabolism. You cannot do what works for a male to a female without seriously upsetting the balance. My advice is, diet more strictly, train more intensly and be stubborn about it. Your results will be achieved and your health remain intact for it.
