Tabata training

Is anyone else doing Tabata for their cardio? How's it working for you? I'm just curious. I'm thinking about trying it for a change.

I found a site with free Tabata clock and workout sound cues and song mixes. Scroll down pass the clock to the bottom of the page for the mixes.

Tabata intervals kill my lungs. I did them a couple times in a Bootcamp class I took a few years ago. Thought I was gonna die.

tried it with front squats other day. I cheated however and used a 20 second rest interval. Very out of shape cardio wise. Seems like it could be effective

I use it when I cut and seems to work pretty well. If you have an iphone/ipod or smart phone, Gym boss has an app for it that works with your own music. I usually do it with situps or punching bag. Try it, your shoulders and arms explode.

Try it on concept 2 rower....i thought i was going to die after 5 minutes
