I want to train everything once a week, but my arms I like to train
them twice a week.
Day 1: Chest tric
Day 2: Back/bic
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Shoulders:
Day 5 : Arms
Day 6: cardio
Day7 repeat chest tric
My question:
Is it wise to train arms and 2 day's after I hit my triceps again with chest?
