Taking GH, would adding IGF LR3 help?

I just started taking HGH today, starting at 4iu.

I was told that I would see better gains if I used IGF LR3 in conjunction with HGH. Some say not to even bother with it, others say I should use it and it's well worth it. Your thoughts please. THANKS!
 
imo igf 1 lr3 rules. you get bigger, fuller, leaner and pumped as hell. but if you use too much it stops working pretty fast.

Really? I didn't see much from lr3igf. I noticed that my joints were sore, i was tired all the time and I did get a bit more vascular and had good pumps but that was it. I've dosed it at 40, 60 and 80mcgs. I personally would rather spend the money on hgh over lr3 anyday. I also didn't notice much difference when I did combine lr3 and hgh together. Maybe I'm just immune to it's effects. :p

Did you notice if you got any leaner? when i took it i noticed i was leaner and fuller looking but didn't get a pump. I ran it at 60mcg/day, then 80mcg/day, then 100mcg/day. To my understanding its stupid to run more than 80mcg because your body can't process more than 100mcg before it is expelled from your body?

There are many theories to that. Dave Palumbo says that taking more than 50mcgs is a waste. However, I don't believe everything he says for good reason. I did notice that I did get a little more vascular, but I can get the same effect with low dose of hgh or AAS like masteron. IMO there are other AAS and peptide hormones out there better that can do the same things lr3 can.

Just run more GH. IMO igf is kinda a waste. Up your gh a few iu's and you'll get much better gains.
 
gh is a metabolic hormone that induces lipolysis. igf is a growth factor. gh converts into igf. if your taking gh, youll get extra igf consequentially.

the idea that you build a tolerance to hormones is bunk. its quite the opposite.
 
would it be a waste of money to go off gh for a while and just take igf rather than staying on gh?
