Here is a pic of my beautiful friends Dawn (in blue) and Joz (red) backstage at the North Americans this past weekend. We all train at the same gym in Detroit and we help each other out backstage at shows w/ color, oil, pumping up, etc.

Dawn was 3rd at the USAs this year, and ended up in 3rd again at the NAs (in the LHW class). Joz ended up just out of the top 5.

They'll both be competing at Nationals in November.

Yah, she's been called that often (even in Flex magazine, I believe it was). Lenda used to train at our gym too, which is kind of cool. Dawn actually did a photo shoot right after PJing on Saturday with a gentleman who was the first to photograph Lenda Murray, back in the day (before she was a pro.. she was still trying to win the Michigan).

that guy in particular is always negative. i remember recently on a michael vick thread he said something about "negro felon league". another thread he mentioned hitting someone with a weight. he's obviously a miserable person. the mouth speaks what the heart is full of. this man is full of negativity.
