Temporary Paralysis after workout

Last year around this time I hit the gym early one morning and had a complete leg workout. I had my usualy protein shake and left the gym. As i was walking down a set of stairs my legs felt weak and I thought it was just because the previous workout. A few hours later i am going down stairs in another building and fell as if I am about to fall. I continue down a sidewalk and just drop to the ground. I could not get up and needed help from ppl nearby. Long story short i got terrified and the next day my legs were almost back to normal.

Today, I did a back an bicep workout and as the nite went out my left bicep is doing the similar thing. I almost can not pick up my left arm. My right arm is still fatigued but not nearly as much. I was wondering if anyone has heard of this or can give me any advice. It very uncomfortable and scary to feel this way. Thanks for your time.

Get your self to ER bro and tell us what they say. You can never be sure with things like this, we cant see inside our body's.
 
Dude, get to the doctor.
Some possible causes:
Stroke
Poliomyelitis
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
Botulism
Spina bifida
Multiple sclerosis
Guillain-Barré syndrome
Trauma to the spinal cord
Andersen-Tawil syndrome

GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!

Exact same thing happened to me and I went to the er the next morning cause I still couldn't walk and they said I was dehydrated.?
 
could be anything. I had simaliar issues last year where my ck levels where very high something was causing extreme causes muscle damage and was not clearing latic acid so I could not contract my muscles.

Go to the ER and get testing if youy have insurance. Time you make appointment with your doc and he sends you for lab work they might not be able to catch whats going on. Get the testing while its occurring.
