Last year around this time I hit the gym early one morning and had a complete leg workout. I had my usualy protein shake and left the gym. As i was walking down a set of stairs my legs felt weak and I thought it was just because the previous workout. A few hours later i am going down stairs in another building and fell as if I am about to fall. I continue down a sidewalk and just drop to the ground. I could not get up and needed help from ppl nearby. Long story short i got terrified and the next day my legs were almost back to normal.
Today, I did a back an bicep workout and as the nite went out my left bicep is doing the similar thing. I almost can not pick up my left arm. My right arm is still fatigued but not nearly as much. I was wondering if anyone has heard of this or can give me any advice. It very uncomfortable and scary to feel this way. Thanks for your time.
