Strongly disagree. Rewarding higher placings to people who are at the extreme of conditioning is the problem. It should be about muscle size, shape and leanness that looks incredible but isn't putting the competitor in possible life threatening circumstances. Sure there will always be tragedies and deaths as that is human nature. We are fragile beings and the drugs we take only make things worst but her pics are what is wrong with women's bb imo.

I didn't use diuretics for that show. I loaded with heavy distilled water for several days, then went without water for a couple days. After the show decided to stay on only protein drinks, no real nutrition, thinking I could maintain on stage condition permanently. My heart was messed up for 24 hours until I finally got potassium and sodium back in my diet.

No water for a couple of days? do you know how dangerous is that? also all the toxins from your colon was sent back to your body.
