Hey guys new to the forum,
Been training for about a year,
22yrs old
5'11
170
11-13% BF.... depending on time of year. (less cardio in winter)
Heres my starting point.... basically been crack skinny all my life and decided to do something about it! I ate my ass off and started to goto the gym.
@ 140lbs
After a while I started gaining and here I am 30lbs later

Its me with the highest BF I have had to date... after a few weeks of cutting I dropped my BF to 10% and my abs are back
Since then I had re-constructive surgery on my shoulder and dropped me down to 160.
My strength is almost back to normal and recovering fine. Benching 135 right now because of my surgery but hopefully will be back up to 180.... and when I say bench I mean reps of 10 not max... I never really had the urge to find out what I could do... I just increase weight when I feel I can rep it and step it up.
Im just trying to have that Athletic look.
