Tetracycline for acne (backne)

Hi bros, I had some tetracycline prescribed to treat my backne. I'm on TRT w/ test and winstrol, and controlling estrogen w/ aromasin (exemestane), but want to get rid of this crap on my back. Would you guys think that this is a good idea? Or would you get onto something else? Maybe I could look into researching something else (like the accutane from researchstop). It's nearly impossible to get a prescription for accutane. I remember having acne during puberty, and it was pretty bad. I tried everything for it, including tetracycline, retin a, and other stuff, but none of it really worked. The only thing that did work was accutane. I was thinking that this backne is a different type of acne, and that the tetracycline might be effective in treating it. Also, I've heard that there are some sides to taking an antiobiotic that I might not want. I think that I can live with the sides from accutane... I've taken it before, and it didn't seem to bother me (like most things). Thanks bros

I have the same issue and I'm 45. Doxycycline would be a better choice - less GI problems. But you need to use it with some topical stuff too. Look into Accutane before you take the plunge. Very harsh stuff. Have you given thought to a tanning booth? I cover my face so I don't look like I'm tanning - I'm in NJ.

If it's like mine it's because of the fluctuating hormones. I upped my anastrazole and added pram for the decca and it's getting better. Although my 6 year old son commented about the red marks on my back today. I wrestled in college and the sweating and weight cutting caused the same problems. I hope someone has an answer, I started my own thread earlier today. It's no fun.

Try Nizoral...a anti dandruff shampoo, it's a good product to use for treatment for acne on the back/shoulder areas. I use it and it seems to help out just a little.

if you are going to try this - get on ebay or another online store to buy the canadian brand. its twice the strength of the US otc nizoral.
