thank you, i have some more pics buried somewhere. in the others i was about 8-10lbs lighter but you get the idea. my back is my best bodypart without a doubt. BTW congrats on winning member of the month, that must be pretty motivating.

I'm 5'11, 209 myself with a 36ish inch waist right now, so i have a pretty good idea of your size. Your back's wider than mine for sure, my arms are at 16'' even, yours?

A front should would be good, but hey if you don't have one who cares.

thank you bro. i've been following a routine as close to your's as i can find, anything you suggest i would be immensly grateful. i've been getting 350-400+g protien, 400+g carbs, and whatever fat i want (as long as i get my shake first ).

5'11" 209! cool, you must have made some good gains since your avatar pics huh? right on.

i've got a 32" waist w/ 11.6% bf (tested 2 weeks ago hydrostatically for class). don't know how big my arms are, don't really care either. i'm trying to gain while staying proportionate and having symmetry.

i do have pics of my front+legs buried somewhere on here, i think pg.2 waist was smaller in those ones too. i was 195ish in them i think. my legs have also made amazing gains since may.
