I am brand new hear. I just wanted to drop a a quick post as a note to Big A and all the other members just to say THANK YOU. This board is an invaluable asset to those of us that aspire to get big and stay lean. I have been lurking and reading for many weeks now and I hope to provide comments that reflect on my many years of experience, training, supps, general health ect.... Thanks again and I look forward to some great times posting hear! I figured this was the write place for my first post!
