thanks from myself and my son

a couple months i wrote about my son whom had fell at school and broke his legg. both bones at the growth plate. well 3 cast and about 8 weeks later the cast is finaaly off! i talk with 2 surgeons and they showed me more xrays of the brake. it went thru both bones at an angle from top to bottom thru the growth plate blowing out part of it. the drs said it was a miracle that it all mended back. the clacium buildup has spurted new growth. it still has more new growth to add but he has full movement, and is starting therepy today. he is in a temp cast that he can take off and on and hopes to go back to school in april. just a precaution
keeping him out so he does not pop it.
so thanks to all for prayers and wishes.
the drs said it would take about 2 years to see if there is any problem with the growth plate and if there is they would operate then but for now God has healed and continues.

update

first thanks to all . the well wishes ans prayers have help a lot. next week my sone comes out of the temp cast , yahoo!. he will be able to go back to school in 2 weeks with full weight and movement. the dr said it was a complete miracle that it healed as good as it did. he said the growth plate was blown out at one place. the new bone looks great and is growing daily. it will be about 2 years before we actually know how it will be. he should grow about 1/4 inch each year and they will measure it then. if it is not right then a operation with plates and bolts to stretch the bone will be done but, the doc says it looks too good and he does not think he will need it.
