wow ive only just read phils post welcoming emeric, wow! i cant believe i missed that somehow thankyou so much phil and emeric and emeric taking the time to type out all his training system for us all and asking nothing in return,what other place would that happen!? I know many people must come here for other things but for me this is what its all about, getting to learn from guys who have been there and gathered all that information.
