That really hurts and I mean bad too

I've been on HRT and back into lifting since Nov/Dec 2008, but this is the 1st time I tried bicep injections. Board sponsor's Test E. 1/2 cc each arm. I was a little off center and to the inside as opposed to right on top and straight down as shown in Big A's diagram. I don't think that has anything to do with it though, cuz I wasn't off center that much.

But, SHIT, my arms hurt so bad yesterday by the end of the day it was extremely annoying--still hurts bad today but not as bad. Is this much pain normal for bicep injections?

Well. If that is a "virgin" muscle group then yes it will most like hurt for a few days. As Injections increase pain should decrease as your muscle gets used to this "foreign" substance. It also depends on the brand of TE that was used. There was a certain brand of TE that had given MANY people unbearable pain, this was due to a BAD batch.
Since you are using TE is there any reason why you do not inject your quads or glute? IMO its alot easier and less painful. Quads are a big muscle group and easy to pin of your are sitting down with your leg extended. You can see everything your doing and also use both of your hands.

Yes, virgin biceps. Usually I do glutes, but I wanted to see if I could increase muscle size by going directly to AR in the bicep. It's the new batch from that sponsor.

i'm also wondering why thr Test e in the bi's and not thr glutes or quads.
