My fiance made some sugar free or fat free pudding the other day and she decided to make me a "delicious shake"...she said..:headbang:
Well I gave her the green light but she continued asking "how much of this and that"...just told her it didnt matter.
She enjoyed making it though
Here is the concoction:
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 cup vanilla pudding
1 cups milk, non-fat
1 cup water
1/2 cup oatmeal
cinnamon
peanut butter
truvia
Then she threw in an oreo..lol
I was suprised how well it turned out
