What about MICHALIK??
Steve Michalik is a BIGGER TOOL, and proves it even more than Gregg Valentino, who at least has a job in bodybuilding.
Michalik blames the fact that he had a heart attack, stroke and committed to a mental institution because he decided to take some deca? He's insane because he developed mental issues along the road of life and never lived up to what everyone around him thought he was going to become.
Now he's training these poor guys in the gym telling them that they have to do a hundred reps of weightless squats and rope pulldowns, yelling in the face of his smiling female trainee who is obviously saying to herself, "wow, I can smell your old-man ass hair, toolbox..."
What about the other moron who starts off the documentary? The guy who trains morning and night and consumes a couple of dozen eggs and heavy cream every day, and ends up looking like shit on stage after training so hard and heavy for so long...
The one who told the best story was the one who was the most honest - Valentino. The guy admitted he was a moron, admitted he sold drugs, and admitted that he left himself with nothing because he was a tool. Now he looks like a freak and has a job writing a colum for a bodybuilding magazine. I'd say out of all the people who were conveyed in that story, Valentino was the most successful and the guy who was the most honest, like him or not.
