Gregg Valentino - The man whose arms exploded. Saw this on TLC last night, probably a rerun but interesting anyway. Thought it was very one sided though, one guy (former Mr Universe, etc) was on there talking about how he has had a heart attack, a stroke, and numerous other health problems all from his taking steroids and how he won all these competitions without steroids. also had a Dr on there from boston, he was very interesting also but again seemed to be very against steroid use. Like I said it was an interesting show but very one sided. Any other comments on the show if you have seen it?

I would say that 90% of those shows are very one sided.

Just look at the tattoo/ body modification shows they produce...they always have Dr.s on saying how if you are heaviy modified then your parents didn't love you enough, or some other BS.

I saw this a few months ago, and thought it was ridiculous. if juice was as terrible as they say, they woudn't prescribe it for asthma and other ailments( although, it'[s different forms then most BB'S use) . Granted this fella over did it, and as with anything else (food, working out, drinking, etc) there are dangers in over doing it.

Everything in moderation, even moderation!

when i first saw that show my eyes were wide open, you dont see any shows on aas, but would like to know the absolute truth behind his arms, he said it was 3 g's of test prop in the bicep a week and i think injects daily,

was wondering how he got them that size myself, gear i wouldnt think make just his arms huge, maybe he has a litlle synthol site enhancing oil in there also.

If you type ' "Gregg Valentino" synthol' into Google, it gives 12,000 results... everyone accuses him of it. On an interview with another website, he denies it vehemently, yet he sells it on his website.
