Probably something you needed....your body just took advantage of not having an alarm!

Ok, taken yesterday, here are my starting pics... all selfies, so obviously hard to hit as many poses as I'd have liked... but still gives a pretty good idea of the current shape I'm in. :)

Goal when I start the experiment on Monday is to get shredded in one month. Some may say I'm not overwhelmingly fat ATM, but it's already way too much for my taste... :eek: So let's correct that fast!!! :p
I'm just shaking my head man.....you thinking you're starting this to get back into the condition you want.....and I'm over here trying like crazy to just attain what you currently look like!

I should have probably highlighted my sleeping patterns has been messed up since I was about 15 :eek::D It changes regularly and I was in a good routine for a few weeks but as you state it got extra bad the last few days. I still get adequate sleep it's just all over the place. When I was younger I would sleep 3 hours most nights and catch up on the weekend but I can't do that now. It was probably a combo of things and the MK as well but commented as it was very weird as I haven't slept that long since the most drunk/wrecked I have ever been aged about 18.

I decided not to train tonight and will train in the morning. That's better as I was due to not train tonight but suddenly decided to go the gym and glad I didn't now. I can go to a better gym in the morning. I trained legs yesterday and told myself to take a day off as it was over 2 hours and fairly brutal so the day break is me being sensible.
 
As previously stated I dosed 5ml for the first time yesterday before training legs. I injected it in my delt in one go with no issues at all. I used a 1/2 pin so did have a slight lump post injection but that disappeared within approx an hour. No pip at all for me. 5ml hit me so hard and I never expected it as I have done that dose in the past. I was so hot... worse than dnp. Cialis can sometimes flush me but I have been using that eod for 2 weeks now. So I know whilst that could have contributed it was the synthetine that done it.

I got to the gym and looked in the mirror and I was bright red. I also wear hoodies to the gym everytime so that just added to things. I haven't sweat so much since last year in the summer. 2 hours of training legs and it was great but the heat was too much. My hoodie looked like I had put it in the bath after about 1 hour. Insane leg pumps and fullness due to the slin and intra shake combo.

I won't bore people with details but every leg muscle covered. Progressively heavier warm up sets and usually 1 working set for most exercises. However today I done multiple hard pump sets as well. For quads I didn't go overly crazy like I usually do. By that I done some machine squats and lot's of leg extensions. I went up to 7 plates on the leg extensions then back down to 2 plates. On the heavy and pump sets I would stop before complete failure which is weird for me. Still lot's of hard sets but nothing too crazy like I usually do were I can't stand up afterwards.

I am meant to be on a deload but legs are pushed more as I have no issues with them. But I still don't go too crazy so my cns can recover espescially with the day off the following day. I still done 7 plates on leg extension, 7 plates on glute raises, 4 x 10kg plates on standing leg curls and the full weight rack on most of the machines I used. I won't be pushing upper body weights for a few weeks though and mainly going for pump.

In the morning I will be training back (main), chest and bi-ceps.

I generally get 8 hours now but it's at different times. The other day I went to bed at 11am till 7pm :p I don't even have trouble sleeping so it's not like some of the guys on this forum. I don't take sleeping or pain pills or anything like that either. The one thing that can put me back into a good routine in 1 day is MK-677. That stuff makes me so tired if I use 10mg in the day time I will likely be able to sleep at say 11 pm even if I woke up at about 1pm. The issue MK is it effects my work so I can't use it frequently but been dosing it at 10mg approx 4 times (pre workout) per week recently. I need to get into a more fixed routine for a variety of reasons. I pick up my new dog on Sat as well so I will have to be awake at sensible times for him plus the weather is getting nicer now so it's a shame to sleep in the day time.
 
Here is my current split...

Chest (heavy), tri-ceps (pump) and rear delts (mixed).

Quads (heavy), hamstrings (pump) and calves (mixed).

Back (heavy), chest (pump), biceps (heavy).

Shoulders (heavy) tri-ceps (heavy) and quads (pump).

Hamstrings (heavy), calves (mixed), back width (heavy) and bi-ceps (pump).


That is the norm but been taking a deload recently so heavy days are a bit different. I don't have set days and just go whenever I want following that split but I am trying to lower my frequency slightly to 4 days most weeks. It will never be less than 4 days in the gym per week for me.

Gear is 500mg test (down from 875mg) and now 40mg npp per day but I will move that up over time. Not sure how high I will go but perhaps 100mg ed with 500mg test. In 1 month I will add 40mg tbol and up that to probably 60mg. I won't be running that for long as I just gave my mate 40 tabs cos I am too nice :banghead::eek::D Pre workout is 10iu humalog and usually 10mg MK-677 as well. Plus my 5ml synthetine twice daily.

Diet is always good. Mainly steak/shrimp and rice. If I have bad days ever it's actually the same food just less of it and maybe no veg (aids digestion, healthy etc) with my steak and rice meals. Sometimes (very often) I get lazy and just eat steak and rice with no peppers or greens etc. I am also having at least one synthepure shake per day usually with kale, oats, apples, kiwi, frozen berries and water. The same for one oats meal with chopped banana and chocolate whey mixed in. Occasionally I have an egg meal as well usually with seeded bread. Almost forgot 1-2 cottage cheese meals per day as well (always with pineapple or mandarins etc).

I basically eat the same stuff daily but the difference is how many steak and rice meals I eat. If I have a treat (not that common) it's a chinese and something like steamed chicken with cashew nuts and boiled rice so not bad at all. My other treats are cashew butter, dark chocolate and mini babybel but not in high amounts. I haven't bought cashew butter in a while as it's impossible to eat that in small amounts plus they rip me off over here for it :eek:

After I read your posts about the mk the other day thats exactly how I was thinking of doing it. I can't deal with something thats going to make me want to sleep all day. GH is bad enough but I'm not using that at the moment. I work with kids and have one on the way so I need to be "with it" lol...does this dose affect you as far as being tired throughout the day?

What kind of dog are you getting? :D

I'm holding at 193.8lbs this morning. I had some additional carbs postworkout last night so didn't expect a weight drop. The tricep shot did not bother me during training. I am definitely sweating more now, and endurance and energy is up especially since cals/carbs are lower now. Strength however was down a bit but focused on slow reps with full stretches and holding and flexing for each contraction and man the pumps and muscle connection seemed way up compared to pushing the heavier weights. I think this is going to be perfect for my goals. I'm bringing the weight down so I am able to get the full 12 reps on the last set using the slow focused reps as explained above. This is what my workout looked like last night,

3 sets of shoulder press using machine, reps were 12, 12, 10.
3 sets of pec deck reps were 12, 10, 6.
3 sets of rows using the high row machine reps were 12, 12, 8.
3 sets of tricep pushdowns reps were 12, 12, 8.
3 sets lying leg curls reps were 12, 12, 6.
3 sets reverse v-squat reps were 12, 12, 8.

Total of 18 sets. I do a dropset after the last set of each exercise. Tonight I'll do my core workout at home.


Rambo about how long are your workouts averaging? Do you feel the increased endurance extends the length of your workout?

10ml in one spot :D Where did you inject and what needle did you use? Glad to see it wasn't placebo for you. 5ml is a gtg dose. I used my 1st 5ml pre workout dose yesterday and I will post more on that later (need to go the gym).

I often hear about saturation doses and how carnitine takes time to build up etc. That could very well be true and part of the reason I started this experiment. I have been told in the past large pre workout doses are pointless due to the time it takes to have effect but I know that is untrue. You know yourself jumping in dose has an immediate effect. Although everything has a saturation dose in many ways. But I know in the past when using it ed every dose would have an immediate effect. Levels will be building up in the system but I don't think it's as simple as it suddenly stops working.

To me I am going to keep it very simple and see what results I get from this protocol and when I eventually have a break see what difference there is during that break. Muscle carnitine levels do have a limit but I think this is likely the same as everything else we use and you get results when you use it and they pretty much stop soon after you stop injecting.

The main thing I think that should be learnt from this is what difference does 10ml give from 5ml and so on. If you get 10% better results from doubling the dose and cost it's not worth doing. If that figure is closer to 30% we are onto something. Obviously nothing can be exact (%) but I have a good understanding of how I respond to lower doses.

Yea that's definitely a good point! Thankfully I have a patient girl who spent a solid 2 minutes working it into the glute in one pin with a 10ml. The 25g definitely helps it flow faster than the 27 which was previously used, but man I'll tell you that 2 minutes definitely felt like 10 lol.

I dropped 10 pounds before starting on this protocol so will post up pics of the before during and after if anyones interested!

It might be hard to calculate the ROI of the results with this first go around, however after taking into account the 10 vs 5, then doing another one with strictly 10 and then strictly 5ml for a 2 or 4 week period I think it would be safe to give an estimated difference.

I finally decided to give Synthetic a try.
I figure 2ml of synthetine and 2 ml syntheselen should get the Job done.
I have leaned out already on the 400 Tren, down to 260lbs.
I dropped Tren to 200 and have Test at 1000 w- primo at 800mgs.
Still training mornings, fasted. I hit my pre shake 3 hrs or so after I wake.
I'll pin 1st thing A.M. with my coffee and hgh, plus 1/2 an aspirin.
I start work next week and I'll keep in the same but have 6 whole raw eggs every morning. Should take care of the extra Fats from the eggs while keeping the high Quality protein working.

Same here... my nights are horrible, but during the day I could literally have one nap every two hours if I listened to myself!! :p Those naps are truly a blessing and probably the reason why I don't fall into pieces despite such a poor quality of night sleep.

Your plan sounds great, but why RAW eggs? :confused: You know it already, of course, but those whites need cooking to be properly assimilated (avidine)... or is your digestive system that efficient it could even break down bones?!?! :p;)

NO!!! The condition I'm currently in is THE SAME you're in almost year round, RMTT... it's not until recently that you got a little softer, simply for you're trying to add some size and that's unfortunately almost impossible without holding more water and putting on a bit of fat... that's the price to pay to get bigger. :)

The key is to LIMIT those fat gains when bulking... and that's where Synthetine helps IMO when you take it along with a rich in kcals diet.

You have improved a lot over the last weeks, and as you know too well, being lean has never been a problem for you.. so relax!!! :D:p;)

I concur... I prefer not have any in my cupboards, otherwise I know I WON'T be able to resist... :(

Fresh bread slighty heated plus either raw butter, EV coconut oil, dark chocolate (me too :love:) or cashew butter... I can eat ENDLESSLY... just to complain afterwards and join the Synthetine experiment to reverse damages... :rolleyes::D

1-1:15 hr usually, I actually feel like the increased endurance has me working out faster since I'm ready to hit the next set quicker.

I am leaning out but my gut still seems big but I genetically have a thick torso/gut, I know I need to get down in the 180s to be where I want to be. Almost closing out the first week on the synthetine. So far down from 199.0lbs to 192.2lbs as of this AM.
 
Lord, I didn't feel small until I joined this forum. You guys are beasts. Definitely motivational.
 
So bumped my Synthetine dose to 5ml instead of the usual 3ml to see if I notice a difference. Highest volume of anything I have ever pinned.....but I can't even tell where I injected it right now.

This stuff absorbs quickly. Will do it again tomorrow and the next day before training sessions...especially tomorrow as I am planning a reefed!

The MK I started 4 days ago has had my appetite through the roof....but I have been fighting it off.

I plan to go straight from the gym to my favorite place. I posted pics once in the food thread.

A huge plate of Hibachi Steak, Chicken, Veggies, White Rice...with a side plate of the same thing....only the smaller version! :D

Should be a nice little pick me up for my next leg workout!
