Hit my lifetime powerlifting goals been Natural for a decade, I'm headed back to a bodybuilding routine and looking to get very lean. Any solid advice would be greatly appreciated. Been lifting for 22 years. 1630 Total for the Big 3. Currently weigh 295-300.

If looking to do what you can on your own
I would start reading and researching.
What is currently helping me understand a lot are the books by @Shelby
 
If you have been lifting for a while, it shouldn't be that difficult to lower your body fat levels, first of all drop all kinds of junk, keep doing the big three but now do your reps in the 15-20 for squats, 10-12 for benches, and 6-8 for your heads, plus 10-12 for most of your other exercises, you should see some good results just from that, if it's possible stay drug free for as long as you can!
