the second tab i had 4 days later, i knew i had to let the "system clear", i still have some of the "0 effect" tabs lying so can give them a second go.

what if you take 2 and chew them?
also be sure you plan to use it! lol

Cialis has little effect on me. Viagra works a lot better for me personally.

Cialis works great for me (better than all the others) but if I use 10mg or over I wake up the next day with a horrible migraine. If people have tried cialis and not liked it I would recommend experimenting with the different PDE5 inhibitor's because most usually respond well to at least 1 of the main 4 (sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil or avanafil). For me cialis/tadalafil is the best because of it's long active life and if the dose is controlled minimal side effects.

Not sure how this could have happened. Suggestion is to chew your boner pills and oral steroids and take on an empty stomach. Shit just hits you harder this way. I know some people swear by taking stuff with a meal but all that does for me is blunt its effects.

Sildenafil definitely works best for me but also gives the most sides.

Vardenafil works decent and gives me the least sides.

Tadalifil works decent but never fails to give me a massive headache, I cant take Tadalifil at all.

Im 41 years old and have been in this "game" for 20 years i know how cialis work but thx, im not takin 2 and riskin priapism 1 normal 20mg gives me an insane hardon already.
