Here is bigbee, he is now down 70 pounds so far this year. bigbee's goal here was training for the 2007 Colorado State Championships, which was July 14th 2007. Prep was done by IslandGirl and I of TEAMSKIP.

He started off "normal" lol...but eventually got up to 2x a day am/pm @ 60 mins ea. towards the end.
