I'm currently just over a week out from a first-timers competition, and would like to share my journey from the last few weeks and now leading into the show.

I started a leaning down phase in the new year. Got talking to a guy at the gym that did a first timers contest last year, saw his pics and that was the spark that made me think I could compete at this low level and use it as a learning experience and spring board into raising my game to another level.

Brief history of lean down....

Started by sticking to basic hormones that my body does well on.
Npp/deca blend 150mg eod
Mast e 200mg/week
Dbol 30m/ed
Diet was 250p, 100-200c (cycling), 100f

At 4 weeks out I switched hormones and changed diet a bit.
Tren ace 50mg/ed
Mast p 50mg/ed
Test prop 50mg/ed
Diet 250p, 50-300c (cycling), 50f

At 3 weeks out I started 40 minutes morning fasted cardio with 40mcg clen and 15mg yohimbine.

At 2 weeks out I bumped up the clen to 80mcg and yohimbine to 20mg, still with fasted cardio.

Also at 2 weeks out I pulled out the test p, and added in 50mg stanozolol and 10mg superdrol.

This is where I am at now at just over a week out.

I will add some pics below to show progress over the last couple of weeks.

5 weeks out, looking pale, with lots of work to do.





3.5 weeks out, just started tanning with MT2, still work to do.





2 and a bit weeks out, having started the fasted cardio, more lines appearing.



1.5 weeks out, continued fasted cardio had a good effect on body fat. Addition of stanozolol improving condition.

Training split at the moment:

Saturday - AM fasted cardio, PM back
Sunday - AM fasted cardio, PM chest
Monday - AM fasted cardio, PM shoulders
Tuesday - AM fasted cardio & abs
Wednesday - AM fasted cardio, PM arms
Thursday - Legs
Friday - AM fasted cardio & abs

1 week out:

Dropped carbs now until carb load. Pump in the gym today still great, that's tren and winstrol for you!

Dropped fasted am cardio and yohimbine. Continuing with clen.

4 days out:

Dropping injects today.

Stanozolol still at 50mg/ed, superdrol still at 10mg/ed.

On the day of the show. I am like your father. So it's easy for me to give you the wrong-advices. - keep the injects all the way through ;)

Well I placed 6th in my contest and got an invite to the finals later in the year.

Overall, I'm happy with how I looked for a first contest. Legs didn't dry out as much as I hoped but I stayed away from diuretics and kept things simple.

I will post pics when I have them, and will soon be starting a new growth log.

Not really at this stage. I feel like I have plenty of basic improvements to make over the next year or two. When I reached a more advanced level of competition I will look into it.
