thigh seperation and detail
Guys I am 11 weeks out from my show and am having trouble with thigh seperation and detail. I have competed before with moderate results but nothing spectacular in the leg department. I have decent size but not granite detail. I get very hard and seperated up top and even the glutes get striated but my legs suck.
Right now I am currently doing cardio twice daily mainly on the treadmill. I am thinking of adding in some sprints a couple times a week (50 yards x 10 sprints). I am also on the cutting supplements that are recommended T3,clen,eca,gh. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. MAIN

Quite often it helps to stop your regular leg workouts at least a week before the comp and just practise posing them. Also don't pump them up before you go onstage.

I totally agree with Jungle Girl... I have had the same experiences.... a good week off of legs will help them dramatically! If you keep training them and doing lots of cardio, they will seem to be "pumped" all the time.... it hides details for sure.
