Thigh Shot Gone Bad?

Ok, don't give me too much shit for this:
Long story short, I mixed 1cc winny with 1cc tren. (I have done this before with no problem). Went to shoot in the thigh, and pinged a nerve, so I pulled it out, moved a little higher, and everything went ok. This was on Thursday. Friday I wake up and can hardly move my right leg, I mean REALLY bad pain, sort of like what you usually get from a injection x 15. There was no swelling or redness. Of Course, I'm freaking out, now it's been getting better everyday, but now there is also a nice pink color to my skin about 8 inches around the injection site. I'm not sure if it's infected, I'm hoping I just irritated a nerve. I figured I'd try to get some Keflex, but have been having no luck. I'm thinking about going to the doctor, but am a little apprehensive? I don't want this in my chart? Any suggestions?

Only YOU can decide what's best for yourself, medically speaking, but it sometimes helps to just hang tight for a few days and ride out a bad shot.

If I had a dollar for everytime I could have sworn that I had an abcess then I'd be rich by now! But, on the flipside, it's your body and you only get one of them so be careful.

Sorry not to be of more help but sometimes shots hurt! Sometimes you get an infection! Most times, they are just fine...

Well, it's not red anymore, it still hurts, but not nearly as bad as before. It feels like there's a big knot there. I got some Keflex just to be sure.. Thanks for the help and advice. It's leg day today so we'll see how it feels

If it's warm, there's an infection. If it has a "knot" kinda thing which seems to be growing, could be a haematoma - I have had two of these which were exceedingly painful but luckily were not infected. I drained them myself (effectively a pocket of blood) for a couple of days and then they were fine. If it doesn't seem to get better, get it seen to ASAP. IronMike
