ok, so if you were thinking of doing a show almost 1yr away...were 5'11 and 243lb BF% unknown TEENS anyway...how would u do a clean bulk...
training will be MON-legs, WEDS-push, FRI-pull..cardio post and hopefully on off days.. diet 50gm protein, 30-50gm carb and 20gm fat..
1-20 500mg test
1-6 tren 75mg EOD
1-4 dbol 40mg ED
6-9 abomb 50mg/day
10-14..just test
14-20 tren 75mg EOD,
14-20 winny 25mg ED
reason for 14-20...is a possible vacation to dominican, so harden up a bit
then would think from there until may 8th would be 14wks..so just cruise on HRT 150MG/week
then 16wks out devise a game plan??
what do you think of above? suggestions
i'd like to sneak deca in there, but not sure when one could add tren after stopping deca, and such...would like to try it offseason...
