I went in yesterday after almost a year and had some big time work done on my shoulders and back. Well he worked on some really big muscle groups (back and glutes), well I was getting over a cold as it was but last night about 6 hours after the visit I felt like I was on deaths door, fever, runny nose, cough from hell, however I didnd't have ANY body aches or joint discomfort.

Do you think since my immune system was already up in arms it attacked all the toxins released from teh ART work??/

that was my theory anyways.

I felt like shit once after an ART treatment for shoulders.

I just underwent prolotherapy about 8 days ago - still very sore! Hope this will help more than ART.

It was a very interesting sickness. It was horrible but it was like my body was rearing to hit the gym but my head and chest were just about to keel over. Im still a bit stuffy and am wondering if I just relapsed and caught another cold. dammit.
