thoughts on genetic testing for best diet types

so i was thumbing through my MD and came across a small blurb about a company that would do a genetic test that would provide you with the optimal diet presumably based on the way you metabolize carbs/protein/fat seems like an interesting idea ive had a hell of a time dieting and cant seem to find the right way for me. anyone tried this or have any thoughts below is the link to their site
