Thoughts on my macros/calories for height/weight

6'1 200lbs, pretty lean (around 12%?). I've been quite a bit bigger but suffered a series of major injuries (back, rotator, elbow, knee, you name it).

Anyway I'm on a basic cycle of test/dbol only.

My macros are VERY consistently around this level:
300g protein, 400-420g carbs, 110-125g fat. This averages between 3700 and 4000 calories.

I always hit these numbers. I eat almost the exact same thing EVERY day. The diet is almost exclusively Chicken, eggs, ground beef, brown rice, old fashioned oats, but I am not looking for a critique on this.

So with that out of the way, I just want your general opinion on these numbers for a bulk on-cycle.

Depends on how important staying lean is to you. When I'm bulking a LOT of rules fly out the window, and ALL rules regarding diet. Smart way to go? not necassarily, but I'm not getting on stage either......I enjoy the shit out of the food though, and in most instances fat gain hasn't been a major problem. Not eating enough.....has often times been a problem, I had to learn to incorporate calorie rich foods....was an easy lesson though.

Interesting, thank you for the input. I'm not climbing on stage (well, not for a long long while), so I see where you're coming from. I wouldnt mind staying somewhat lean though... the idea here is to try to get a grasp at what kind of calories other people are aiming for with their weight, and thus how they feel about mine... but i've considered your route before.
