Here are the basics
I am 22 years old, 6' 2" 208 lbs and body fat % is unknown, I estimate it to be at about 15%. I am drug free ( because I am in the Marines =( ) so keep that in mind, when giving the advice. I have read the growth principles for beginners, but was thinking I might need to change things around a little due to the fact that all I have at my disposal is multi's, protein, creatine and glutamine, no vitamin *S*.
I am lifitng mon, wed, fri, just like in the growth principles thread says,
diet wise, should I be looking at for protein/carbs/ etc?
my baseline guess would be 1 g carb .lb body weight and 1-1.5g protein/lb body weight spread over six meals, the obvious basics, oatmeal, yams, brown rice
steak, lean ground beef, chciken, salmon and tuna, animal pak, whey protien, glutamine and cycle creatine.. anyone offer any advice, this is just my attempt at a basic foundation which I thought I would lay at the mercy of the experts for some critiquing and or total revamping perhaps... thanks bro's
peace
