Some people use to mantein the respiration when they are performing reps. It will high your blood preasure, but the respiration in super slow training is same like a women having a baby, i learn to breath with super slow, and i am training heavy duty know breathing better than ever in my like and feeling very well, some people had wroten articles about blood preasure lifting weights, but lifting in 10 secs, holding for 2 secs and lowering for 10 secs had caused a little confussion but here we have the answear...
