Hey guys. Im currently at around 207-208ish @ 6ft.. I know it's not that big at all, but Im holding a lot more fat than I would like. My fats come from EFA's mainly like fish oil and Natural Peanut butter. I think im at roughly anywhere from 17-20% BF. Thats just a guesstimate though. So what could I do to minimize fat gain the most? Or should I cut and get lean and start over? thanks in advance. -Story-
 
My advice would be to cut back a little but not to drasticly. Whats your diet like? Protien intake?
I would slowly lose some of the bodyfat and try to get down to 12% and then add lean mass from there. Do some low intensity cardio for 30 min a day.
If you keep bulking your fat will just get to out of hand and it will be harder to get rid of and you will have a chance of losing more muscle when dieting.

Whether i'm cutting or bulking, I use cardio to keep fat in check. I also use a carb and fat cut off. I have no fats or carbs after 4 pm except what you find in veggies and or lean meats. Try it this may help you to continue your bulk and keep fat at it's present state. If you can keep it where it is right now and still gain some size, I feel this would benefit you more. You can always cut later. Try using this for cardio. A 45 min brisk walk 4 -5 days a week.

Note; I never do cardio on leg days
