Toney Freeman 1 week out

I think this is the best condition combined with size i've seen him in , he has been leaner maybe drier but a good bit lighter , I think he has a great chance of winning the Arnold this year but i havent seen any pics of Cedric lately and we all know he has been growing by leaps and bounds , I think unless Dexter absolutly nails it that Toney may take #1

Toney always looks good leading up to the show, but usually drops the ball and loses conditioning. However, even when he nails his conditioning he never seems to place what he deserves to be.

His height(6'2"-6'3")absolutely kills him! Especially, standing next to thick (5'-9"-5'10")guys. He still looks amazing though.

He has been focusing on bringing up his back and arms (should be chest IMHO) , he is a lot heavier this close to a show than normal , he has been keeping a fair amount of carbs in his diet (carb cycling) and he has somebody else helping him.

His height dose screw him in a lot of ways , but no matter what his size and condition are great for his age

He is working with Dennis James for this show so I think he will come in looking pretty damn good this time. Its going to be a tough top 3-4 spots though.
