Top 3-5.... non AAS

Just curious about what you guys think would be your top 3-5 supplements that you like that are not AAS if you had to narrow it down. Anything from a multi-vitamin to fish oil to a protein shake. Since getting out of college I have finally had time to pay off some debts and make some money so I'd like to start taking some supps that promote overall health and possible some natural muscle building\fat burning properties.

Sorry if this is a lame question, just curious as to everyone's input because I know a lot of you have been in the game a looooooong time. Thanks bros,
 
Most of you probably don't know me but just so you know who your talking to....
I'm 6'3 I have lately been sitting around 250-255.... I was a very fat child so I have always had trouble leaning out... this is in fact probably the leanest I have ever been. My goal is to try and maintain my muscle mass and get down to about 10%.... never been even close to cut before. I have some extra fat\skin around my stomach that is obnoxious and disproportionate to the rest of my body fat... not sure if it will ever tighten up but may consult a surgeon down the road if my years of obesity messed it up.

That's just a little about me... I have been browsing this board on and off for years and have a learned a lot of valuable things from everyone here... thank you and good day.

Whey Isolate, Waxy Maize, LBA's, BCAA's, Olive Oil, Good Multi Vit.
 
phil you prefer kre-alkalyn over a creatine ethyl ester? Ive heard good things about both, just wanna hear a pro's input on kre-alkalyn over CEE just out of curiosity.

Phil do you believe tribulus helps gain weight or do you just like its sexual side effects? Also, do you use a trib product with a good protodioscin % such as tribestan? Just curious cause theres so many mixed reviews/ideas on trib products.



Heres my top 4


1. Protein powder - Whey isolates pwo, sustained release or casein before bed
2. NO booster - I just like having sick veins
3. Mega Mens - I love having bright green piss (atleast I know its getting absorbed)
4. AndroGenerator - Honestly hands down the best natural supplement I have ever used. Pretty expensive but if you can afford it go for it.
 
You really think NO boosters have ANY effect??? I remember the research I looked into a few years back showed the only true NO booster the Erectile Dysfunction drugs.

Its possible that it helps deliver nutrients and stuff better. But as I said I just like having sick veins.
 
thanks for the input, i'll def add some omegas and a multi vit... love all these ideas and preferences though... LBA's seem to have a good rep

i definitely notice a bigger pump and have more energy when i take certain n.o. products... but i dont think there is anything "anabolic" about them
 
damn sounds like I gotta try out that waxy maize stuff
i remember reading years ago about Ronnie Coleman eating some kind of starch... I guess that was it
