Dumb question JT (my specialty) what contest was it? Fitness? Figure? Bikini? Lots of muscle on that stage.

Figure- Sort of like a beauty contest for women who workout hard and want to present the physique ideal for women.

Fitness- Tumbling, dance, strength moves in an entertaining routine to music. Costumes, the whole nine yards.

Bodybuilding- The hard core facet of sport for women who want the most muscle and condition they can display.

Bikini- Women who look "hot" and look sexy in bathing suits. Sort of what the ideal look for women from a mans perspective. lol. I can't believe how sexual some of these gals present themselves on stage.

Think spring break without the booze.

Congrats!! I was at the show, but I didn't get a chance to see you, it would have been great to meet both of you... I showed up a little bit late as always and had a chance to speak to Shelby, he told me about Meredith's placing... I'm very sorry that I missed it...

Don't unerstand those placings at all Lynxx definetly had the best presintation skills (looked very proffesional). I think she looked amazing...and shredded to the bone! Great job Lynxx you looked great!

She wanted to lift when we got off the plane.

I said, "Hey, will you give it a rest?!" Sheez. Let your dang body heal up. So we ate and crashed. She's still out. Tomorrow she'll be back at it.
