torn shoulder labrum?

What causes the labrum to tear? I'm trying to get a fire dept job in the next 2-3 years and they won't hire me if I get a shoulder Injury.

If a hard core androgen users
Without gh
with time
Collagen get thicker
Even with gh it occur but less
Some anti estrogen change bone density n change joints strength
Powerlift is prone to micro tears
N without stretching on a massive guy
Th lack of flexibility , mobility
More induce to injury
 
When you say androgens do you mean only steroids like mast and tren etc or even more anabolic ones like deca, primo etc. Thanks I was asking about my biceps in another thread if you can check that one out, don't want hijack. Thanks

Doing simple thing
Gh protect collagen

Dynamic stretch , pavel mobility flexibility exercise does wonder

Like most bber it when they lack of range of motion that they see th importance of it

I'm ain't better now half way broken mess I slowly repair myself

I could do 1500 pound legs press n hardly 10 pounds uni leg deadlift

My rotator n stabilization was weak beyond rational measure

Turning myself in a athletic bber is my new goal

At least I still could reinventing myself after 14 years

I'm not a massive guy but I am pretty sure that this is the main reason for my injury.
 
Yes this sounds more like an AC issue. There are obviously many issues that can cause this, but my AC joints became extremely inflamed from doing real heavy decline bench press. Any update on your condition?

Thanks for all the responses. I finally went to the doctor and it was a seperated AC so Not as bad just trying to ease my shoulder back into it. DR said I need to be careful because it will be a lot easier to do again. Still a little sore, but I should be able to start do light weights again in a week or 2.
 
don't know much about that injury but have tore many things over the years and something that always helps me is vet. icy hot.. ( you get it from the feed stores) and has twice the power of anything you get in the store. I just always used to it help work through rehab and workouts when I was hurt.
 
I tore mine around 6 months ago and it's still nowhere near feeling like it did pre injury. My doctor said there's nothing but surgery, what I've personally found is Thymosin beta4 helps. Good luck.

Seperated ac led to my supraspinatus tear and surgery after 9 yrs of wear n tear
 
I had a slight tear in mine before. 1-2 weeks no lifting, then very light lifting for a few weeks.

Does any know why the negative of a flat bench would hurt my biceps so much? Ligaments left what?
