Bros,
I'm having some back training issues.
First of all, I'm using a 6 day split to hit everything with the most intensity:
The problem I am having... is that after trashing deadlift, stiff legged deads, plus hamstrings on "hamstring day"..... my lower back is still tired for "lat day"
The problem is... I just don't have enough lower back recovery on this day to really hammer lat exercises that also tax the lower back.... like bent-over barbell rows, or corner T-bar rows.
As such, I have just been incorporating lat movements that don't kill the lower back: Pullups, cable rows, chest supported rows, etc.
Are barbell rows and corner T-bar that important? If so, should I train deadlift and lowerback along with my lats on the same day?
