Training during PCT

just looking to get some opinions,
i find i keep gains better by training just as hard and heavy as i do when i am on.
when i tried going easy and really trying not to "over train" in my weakend state i lost more of my gains than above
 
yeah bro i agree with you, during PCT the most imnportant thing training wise is keeping the innervations, so lightening up will diminish innervations and then the muscle supported by those lost innervations.

however i do feel lower volume sets reps etc works best for me. i actually focus on HEAVIER weights less reps and sets during PCT. seems to suit me.......
 
Taking a week off has always worked for me. You have to remember once you stop all your supps your cortisol levels are high and training is catabolic, I take a week off and eat a shit load of calories, even more than when I was on, then I ease myself back into modified training about 3 days a week, short intense sessions.

If you have trained hard enough while on you will need the rest, its a transitional phase.

People look into things to much now of days..dont change anything..do samething eating wise training wise..that have worked for u in past..
 
I try to keep it all the same , not changing anything diffrent. Workouts, food, and rest, so next time i run a cycle it feeds off the last one.
 
Well i think most will agree that when coming off energy levels drop, so that is why i say drop volume back a little and jump on an energy booster to keep intensity high. It's not reading into it, it's being smart. Also during pct your hpta is not at it's highest so it will take most more time to recover. No point in putting yourself in a catabolic state by doing too much too soon.

Why will ur energy drop coming off cycle?? It's been said time n time again..drop ur volumne dont go to failure when ur coming off..i think its just way of being lazy...

energy willbe lower because of lower creatine saturation ampongsdt other things.
hell trainin to failure is still cool IF that works for you... me it does, but not everyone.

training less volume keeps stress hormones in check, and allows you to have the confidence and aggression tto tacklre the big weights, when you otherwise feel like a big pansy with less test than my nan. big workoutsd need big aggression and mental focus, all of which are aided by test...
